Scarlett Johansson is part of Barbara Walters’ 10 Most Fascinating People of 2014, and revealed what she’s doing to get back into shape after giving birth to Rose Dorothy Dauriac back in September.
She told Barbara that “[Breastfeeding is] the best way to get back in shape. [I do] the whole bit. I’m nursing and I love it.”
Since she’s had baby Rose, she’s been working out but not overdoing it, telling Style.com that “It’s just about trying to find time to go to the gym. I do the same fitness routine as my big muscle-man trainer. A lot of it is endurance, stability, and strength training. I like to work up a sweat. I’ve tried Pilates and yoga and all that, and I like to dabble in different things, but I always come back to a good old-fashioned athletic, full-body workout.”
She’s had a busy couple of months, including getting married in a secret wedding in Montana to her baby daddy, french journalist Romain Dauriac.
Scarlett told Barbara that being a mother is “wonderful” and “very, very magical” but also “exhausting.” She also said that “The love is just unbelievable.”
