As we all know and wait in anticipation, Avengers: Age of Ultron will be premiering in just a little over a week!
With that being said, the stars of the sequel are out on publicity tours participating in interviews. In one particular sit down interview with Iron Man himself, the topic of the anticipated action flick was strayed away from.
In an interview with Britain’s Channel 4 News, reporter Krishnan Guru-Murthy took it a little further than Robert Downey Jr. would’ve liked with questions regarding his political stand point and whether or not the actor is “free” from drug and alcohol abuse.
The 50 year old started getting antsy about four minutes into the interview when he realized the reporter was asking more personal questions instead of promoting the movie. At one point Downey even says, “Um, are we promoting a movie?”
It is clear that Downey is uncomfortable throughout the interview, but the unexpected happens when the actor says “bye” and walks out with his final words “You seem ok, it’s just getting a little Diane Sawyer-y in here, and you’re kind of a shmuck.”
